@patrickrhone @vincent Devil's advocate here. I like For You as a text-only site. It stays true to the ideals of Patrick's Minimal Mac philosophy and the text-only canvas invites the reader to create their own imagery. There's nothing like blank space to focus the mind.
Another good example is Stationery Pizza, Eivind Hjertnes' text-only pen and stationery blog.
