Break a big thing down into smaller pieces.
This is what resonated with me. Every time I encounter a project or series of actions that makes me procrastinate, I try to break it down into manageable units. I've been using this method to get my weight back under control after gallbladder surgery earlier this year by simply writing down my morning weight and everything I eat that day. it has helped me to intuitively fix my eating habits without actually being on a "diet".
